These machines are suitable for washing and peeling (whitening) the internal part of the cattle’s omasums and the cattle and sheep tripe. The centrifuge is made of AISI304 stainless steel. This model is equipped with a pneumatic discharge door and the system for opening the upper chamber ideal for internal cleaning required by HACCP. The loading of the product is performed by a bin lifter. The unit is equipped with a stainless-steel electrical cabinet with low tension 24 V push-buttons. The type of the panel can be selected by the client which ranges from a Start/Stop to a Fully Automatic panel.
