Founded in Parma in the late 1960s by cousins Bruno Ollari and Enzo Conti, what began as a small workshop has turned into an international reality. The company specializes in consulting, design and construction of machines for processing animal by-products and complete lines for processing beef and pork intestines, as well as sheep processing plants.
