This unit is designed to split the omasums in half or to cut off the crown for green omasums. The stainless-steel vertebra belt conveyor runs continuous, bring the omasum upwards towards the circular rotating blade. After the omasum is split, it tumbles towards the discharge opening, exiting directly into a bin or trolley. The unit can be installed directly in front of our Centrifuge Washer (mod. P), and with a safety barrier surrounding the discharge and the lifter; it can be operated as a fully automatic inline system. The unit is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine is supplied complete with an electric control panel with a stainless-steel cabinet and low-tension 24 V push buttons.
