This unit is designed with three rollers, one grooved roller, one smooth roller and a crushing roller. It is designed to strip the inner content of hog and sheep small intestines (runners). Once the stripping is completed this unit is paired with the finishing machine mod.F.S.O.500M which is designed to remove the outer membrane and remaining mucosa. The unit is constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel. The rollers are equipped with a special adjustment system to process the casing perfectly. The machine is supplied complete with an electric control panel with a stainless steel cabinet and low tension 24 V control push-buttons.
Processing procedure:
After starting the machine, the operator will have to place the intestines on the specific inlet chute for subsequent automatic machine operation.
