This machine is suitable for stripping and de-fatting beef small intestines. The unit is constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel. The unit operates manually, where once the worker cuts off ½ of the intestine it is placed on the conveyor to bring it to the machine. After the intestine passes through the machine once it is recommended to re-pass the intestines another 2 or 3 times. Then the operator proceeds with the phase of turning them inside out and re-inserting the intestines for the de-sliming phase.
The machine is supplied complete with an electric control panel with a stainless-steel cabinet and low tension 24 V control push-buttons.
