This machine is suitable for stripping and de-fatting beef small intestines. The unit is constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel. The unit operates with two pulling wheels including pneumatic chutes to place the casing over the feeding chain. The machine is supplied complete with an electric control panel with a stainless-steel cabinet and low tension 24 V control push-buttons.
