- The De-Salting machine is capable of washing, drying and desalting of salted casings in a water bath
- The machine is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304-316 including the electrical cabinet
- The loading of the raw material takes place by means of a bin lifter. The machine is equipped with a pentagonal drum network intended for the mixing of the material The separated salt is recovered in a rectangular tank below the drum, equipped with self-propelled system to help the operator in the various stages of loading and unloading. The salt separated from the tank must be removed manually. The tank is equipped with a recirculation system of the washing water, so as to optimize the consumption of water used.
- All the processing times are adjustable as well as the speed of the rotation of the drum which is controlled by an inverter.
- Unless otherwise requested, comes complete with electrical panel wired with stainless steel cabinet, requiring only installing the final connections to the main power.
